How the game was made
From Dolores
The early ideas that would eventually wound up as Dolores began to be hatched in early December 2005. These were merely outlines and this preproduction lasted until late February where an outline of the idea and some concept art had been produced.
Then full production kicked in. A team consisting of eleven Danish university and art school students produced the [Downloads|current version] of Dolores throughout the month of March 2006. No member of the team had really worked with the Source engine before, but everyone had experience from within their respective fields of game development.
Dolores was produced as a part of the Danish DADIU project.
